In 2010 Titanic Brewery returned to Stafford and opened the doors of The Sun Inn, managed by Stephen Aukim and his team the pub is going from strength to strength wining the Heart of Staffordshire pub of the year award in 2012 and hosting two ever growing and extremely popular beer festivals each year . We are proud to have returned the to the traditional pub atmosphere, boasting roaring real log fires for our customers to warm themselves during the winter and both covered and uncovered patio areas to the rear which are perfect for relaxing with a refreshing drink on sunnier days, we strive to make every customer feel at home. Our ever growing real ale selection now includes an impressive 12 hand pulls showcasing a selection of 5 of the Titanic fleet and a rolling catalogue of guest ales, guaranteeing there will always be something on to tempt each ale drinker. Not sure what you fancy? Our friendly staff are always happy to help you narrow down the perfect pint. But we don’t just pride ourselves on our ale selection, The Sun is now also home to a rolling catalogue of 3 real ciders, a selection of top notch lagers, Titanic’s own craft ale and keg conditioned stout, as well as a variety of wines, spirits and soft drinks. Whatever you’re in the mood for we’ve got you covered, right down to the pork scratching’s! And we don’t just stop at beverages; our busy kitchen staff are constantly creating a variety of delicious meals, using a selection of fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The Sun Inn is conveniently located on the Lichfield Road just outside the town centre, we have car parking to the rear of the premises in addition to being within walking distance of Stafford train station and a number of bus stops, the closest of which is on our doorstep servicing most local routes, for those who don’t wish to drive.
